How quickly will I receive a quote after submitting a request?+
We respond to all quote requests within 2 business hours during normal operating hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm EST). For urgent shipments, please email us directly at info@nexafrieght.com for a fast response.
Does NexaFreight handle dangerous goods (DGR) shipments?+
Yes. NexaFreight is IATA DGR certified and handles Class 1–9 dangerous goods for air, ocean and road shipments. Please declare all hazardous materials when requesting a quote so we can arrange appropriate handling, packaging and documentation.
What is the minimum shipment weight or size you accept?+
There is no minimum weight requirement. We handle everything from single courier-sized packages to full container loads. For very small shipments (under 30kg), our LCL or courier-consolidation options typically offer the most cost-effective solution.
How does shipment tracking work and how often is it updated?+
Every shipment receives a unique NXF tracking number. You can enter it on our Track Shipment page to see real-time location on an interactive map, a full timeline of all checkpoints and current status. Updates are added at every key milestone — typically every 4–12 hours for air and daily for ocean freight.
Is my cargo insured during transit?+
All NexaFreight shipments include basic carrier liability coverage. We strongly recommend — and can arrange — full cargo insurance up to the declared value of your goods. Insurance premiums are typically 0.3–0.5% of cargo value. Please ask for cargo insurance when requesting your quote.
